Three years ago my "Smart TV" became dumb. The internal LAN adapter would no longer connect to the internet. I went three years with a "dumb" TV because I thought the only way to solve my problem was to buy a new TV. Last week someone told me all I had to do to get my TV working again was to buy and external Wi-Fi antenna. There are a number of products available that say they can resolve my problem, but this company was the ONLY one that customized the antenna for the manufacturer and the model number. I bit the bullet and decided to give it a try, If it didn't work I would send it back. Well I won't be returning it. It works GREAT!!!!! My dumb TV is smart again. I am able to get Netflix, Hulu plus, Amazon Prime, and any other on line streaming service I want just by plugging this antenna into the LAN connector on the back of my TV. This WILL NOT replace your remote that came with the TV. You NEED that in order for things to work. This is just an antenna. I say just, but it is more than "just". It is fantastic to have my smart TV capability back again, and it was so simple. simply plug it into the LAN on the TV. Not only does this work great, but I got the product three days earlier than anticipated. I can't say enough good about this product. More expensive than others, and worth it!!!!!!!! Actually could not use with my TV, even after checking with model number. Seller readily gave me a 100% refund as soon as I returned the unit.

Ordered this Wi-fi Adapter for my Samsung Smart TV 55" that I bought in 2010 in order to upgrade the tv software and keep it up to date. Received unit a day earlier than expected which was good. Plugged the wifi adapter into the USB port and it was immediately recognized. Definitely recommend.

My Samsung internal wireless feature stopped working. I ordered this product and it works as advertised. Easy to install, just plug into a USB port and that's it!

Worst of all no one will answer a call for tech support. The seller advertises phone support for this product, they do not answer the phone and they do not return a call if you leave a message.I fully intended to purchase an original Samsung product from them but I cannot get anyone to authorize return of the product I have

I was super nervous buying this but Samsung customer service sucks im still waiting for a call regarding a local tech to replace my wifi card. My tv stopped connecting after 4 years of me having it. My other samsung tvs worked fine. Im glad I purchased i just plugged it up and it worked no problem .. thanks so much! Shipping didn’t take long either actually arrived a few days earlier

We were impressed with this product. Our Samsung Smart TV recognized it right away. The device seems to be very responsive and solved our failed WiFi connection which had failed.

I have a Samsung 2012 Smart tv that needed a lan adapter so that I am able to watch cable. This adapter worked great! I inserted it into the port and updated my tv and was able to start watching cable from the cable app. The only complaint I have is that I had to pay $.60 because the seller did not have sufficient postage on the package. Otherwise than that I am a happy customer and will order another one for another old Samsung Smart tv that I have.
