Review: Perfect! - I love my lock. I use it all the time for the fitness center lockers. It’s small enough and lightweight that it’s no bulky or heavy in my gym bag. It’s so quick and easy to open with fingerprint and I’m on the way, not messing rolling dials trying to line up numbers or losing a small key. Definitely recommend.
Review: Good Battery Life, works as expected, fingerpad needs to be dry - Had this for about 4 months now and use it daily. Once it’s set up it works as advertised. Sometimes you have to reset your finger 2-3 times to get it to open but it’s not a huge hassle. If your finger is wet it doesn’t work great and you have to dry your finger/thumb and the scan surface in order to get it to work. I am in SoCal so it rarely rains here. Battery life is impressive. Only charged it once in 4 months and it probably didn’t even really need that charge. I do wish there was a way for guests to use it like a key option as some other locks have but it hasn’t been an issue for us.

I love my lock. I use it all the time for the fitness center lockers. It’s small enough and lightweight that it’s no bulky or heavy in my gym bag. Had this for about 4 months now and use it daily. Once it’s set up it works as advertised. Sometimes you have to reset your finger 2-3 times to get it to open but it’s not a huge hassle. Update: as advertised in the product description it was for, I put the lock on my fence. I checked it a couple of weeks later, it was working fine. Now three weeks later, it won’t function. It won’t unlock, it won’t connect via Bluetooth, charging it does no good. There is no information anywhere for any kind of tech support. My recommendation now, look elsewhere. Lowering my rating from 4 to 1. At first glance the lock seems to be well made. I was disappointed though when the USB charging port port cover broke off the second time I opened it. So much for the 'water resistance'. I 'repaired it by using electrical tape to hold it in place. Hopefully that keeps it sealed because I bought this for outdoor use on a fence gate. But never a good indication when you're fixing a product with tape before you ever get to use it... That said, as far as functionality goes, I do like it. Programming the finger prints was pretty easy though a little slow. I got it figured out, then had my wife do it and she struggled but I was able to help her through it. The responsiveness to the fingerprint scan seems to open the lock pretty quick. The bluetooth connection takes a minute but it does connect. If not for the charging port cover, I'd be very happy. Hopefully the tape holds!
