It is cheaper to buy in the US i wish is not that expensive in the UK But i have to say is the best MSM i have ever used it does what it says great for joints, crazy hair growth and glowing of the skin.Been on it for months now i use the big spone twice a day. Even my friends and families now use it after seeing the effect on me. I only wish is cheaper as i use a lot of it.

Received product yesterday and unfortunately it is 7 months out of date. Very disappointing especially when product description says “do not use after expiry date”. Be aware.

My husband suggested this product when I hurt my knee and was limping and in pain for several weeks.I ordered it and it really helped my knee to heal, and alleviated the limp in about 3 weeks time.What I did not expect was what happened to my nails and hair within the same timeframe.My nails stopped breaking off and actually grew! ...as did my hair.After 3 months time, my nails are strong and long, and my hair has grown considerably (not sure how many inches, but enough that I can tell ) There is also a marked decrease in shed hairs.After I noticed these changes, I checked the internet and discovered that many people use this product specifically for hair growth.If I had known how effective it was, I'd have started using it years ago.Wonderful results!

There seems to be one overriding problem people have with this product that's potentially keeping them from taking it and getting rid of their pain and it is that the fine powder version has a miniscule amount of silicone to keep it from caking. To them I say buy the flake version as it has no silicone and is nothing but MSM. It will mix a bit slower but is 100% pure MSM. I have been taking this powder for years and do not have any bad issues with it at all...but if I forget to take it I sure get my aches and pains issues back again. With it I can exercise and do whatever I want, without it I have all the same old pain issues once again. It's results only last as long as you are taking the powder. I make sure I have many months worth ahead of me...just in case we have another world shut down and they can't make this for awhile for some reason. To those who complain about it being bitter....it is bitter but you could disguise that bitterness with some other flavor. Plus this company does have other pill versions of the product where you wouldn't taste anything- and a flavored one, too, that is not bitter. It's results are certainly worth putting up with a slightly bitter taste for a minute to my way of thinking.

This stuff is life. It grew my hair and nails so fast. It helped alleviate pain after going to the gym too. I had a tooth infection and the antibiotics wasn’t working well nor was the Oragel that I was using. I googled msm for toothaches and found out that MSM helps with tooth infection pain. I dissolved some in some water and swished it around the infected tooth. Instant relief. I use this every time I brush my teeth now as a mouthwash.

I ordered this for my partner who uses it as a workout supplement. He loves the health benefits of it. He had me take it to help with my joint pain and because it's supposed to be good for my skin. Taste wise, it's disgusting. Benefit wise it's a good product, my body didn't hurt as much.. Personally, I prefer the Gel, it works just as well and I don't have to ingest it.

It’s really helped with pain and inflammation in my knees, legs, and feet. I can go up and down stairs without pain in my knees or hearing them crackle! The flavor is something you have to get used to but just add lemon to it and down it goes.
