Great product
Perfect. Durable, washes well, good size ravioli. Easy to use. (Just make sure to use plenty of flour!)

Excellent ravioli mold
Very pleased with the functionality of the mold. Make sure you sprinkle some flour on it before lining with your pasta sheet. Don’t press down on the indents just ensure you fill it completely with your filling (helpful to use a piping bag). Top with top pasta sheet and roll! Enjoy great ravioli :)

Good, solid mould from a recognised company
When it comes to pasta Marcato is the best, so pretty much, whatever you buy, it's going to give good result. The little brand pin rivet was a bit loosely fitted, so I removed it with a screw driver, but the mould itself is made from casted aluminium, and is quite heavy. The rolling pin seems to be made from beech wood, and is also of top quality. Personally, I soaked it in cuttingboard oil before using it, since it's untreated, but that's anyone's choice.

Abbastanza buono. Ringrazio Amazon per aver effettuato il cambio senza problemi perché una prima tavoletta era arrivata senza mattarello.
