I love this foot massager. I use it almost everyday! Only bad thing is sometimes the rollers are uncomfortable on bottom of my foot if I don't have socks on, but this only happens if I use it too often.

The 3Q has a quality build but the actual massage could have been better. I am a man's size 11 and my feet are a tad too big, but it is close enough. I also have feet that can take a beating. Beat them, twist them, bend them... It all feels good! Now having said that, this massager can hurt. The gnurling action for the bottom of the feet is predictable and always uses the same motions. A few of those massagers feel too hard and even sharp sometimes. I've found myself having to change angles often cause it could sometimes jab too hard. None of this would be too bad except that the airbags that squeeze the tops of your feet aren't as adjustable as the directions say and have a ton of pressure. You can adjust it, but only in the generic mode. If you want to use any either of the modes, you get the strongest pressure. I used to love foot massages of any kind, but I honestly find myself disappointed or too uncomfortable to enjoy it. It's more like a novelty now, and I've never heard anyone who's used it say, "wow, that really feels good!". It's just kind of a cool gadget, but other units have felt much better to me. I took a gamble based off of reviews and honestly wish I'd have gotten a different one.

Absolutely terrible product. I brought for my wife as a Christmas present and she complained that the messager hurt and left her feet sore. Being the man that I am, I assumed she was exaggerating, so I attempted to prove her wrong by trying out the messager and I too found the experience to be very painful. My wife and I attempted to adjust the settings in hopes to finding a suitable experience, but we were met with the same painful result. We had high hopes for the product, but was left disappointed once we tested it out. I was left even more disappointed when the seller informed us of the non-refundable shipping cost that we had to pay in order to return the product. A whooping $50.59 to return this painful piece of garbage and I have nothing to show for it. A NEGATIVE star would even be my better description of my experience with this product. I highly recommend trying something else if your looking for a good foot message device.

I got this for Christmas and WOW! I work in a machine shop and stand in steel toed boots on a concrete floor. This thing feels amazing when I get home. I was a little disappointed because the first one had to be sent back. It worked great the first day, then it just wouldn't come on. Emailed the company and within 2 hours had a response. Sent a new one with no hassle. So far the new one is working well. Don't know if this is the problem, but, I didn't unplug the first one after using like the instructions say to. Will continue to do so with the second one for sure.
