## Description

The Race Ramps FlatStopper tire cradles help prevent flat spots when storing. They are made from a patented process using expanded polystyrene that is coated with a hybrid polyurea, so they are lightweight but very strong and durable. FlatStoppers were developed as a solution for people having problems with tires developing flat spots when a vehicle is parked for 30 days or longer. Once tires are set on FlatStoppers (on a level surface), they settle into the pad's concave depression, which helps support more of the tire. This disperses the weight of the car more evenly onto the tire – helping to prevent any flat spotting. The pads measure 28"" long x 3.29"" high x 14"" wide, and will accommodate tires up to 12"" wide. FlatStoppers will not conduct heat or cold into your tires despite changing floor temperatures. As with all Brute Industries products, FlatStoppers are made with the company's patented super-lightweight 100% solid construction technique – making them highly durable, virtually indestructible, and providing a 6,000 lb. vehicle weight capacity. Review: They're not cheap (dollar wise), BUT they're not cheap (materials wise), either! - I shopped around 18 months ago for what I hoped would be the best anti-flat-spot storage ramps. I have a Genesis G-70 Sport 3.3T with soft summer tires and store it away for the winter months, Mid-November through mid-March. I did NOT want to have to deal with flat spots in the Spring. I chose these based on the Reviews, and I'm SO glad I did. They are IMO the absolutely best anti-flat-stop ramps you can buy. They're low to the ground, very well made/sturdy, very light, very easy to use, and they do prevent flat spots. Yes, they're not cheap, but they're really well made so I was willing to pay a bit more for them compared to the cheaper, less effective competition. Just put one Flatstopper in front of each wheel, and easily (and slowly) drive up the ramps until each tire is nestled into the gently scooped base. I just used them again this past weekend. So easy and quick. They're awesome!
