I had ordered the Ohuhu hot airbrush choosing it over other well known brands, as it was one of the few that as per the product specifications could be used at a voltage of 110 V or EU 230V. I live in a country where the standard electrical voltage is 220V-240VTo my dismay, what I assumed to be dual voltage turned out to be otherwise and within minutes the appliance short circuited. When I checked the handle it said 110 V and I felt utterly disappointed and cheated (to be honest)However, I found a card inside the packaging with the Ohuhu support team mail id and I wrote to them.I was pleasantly surprised and totally impressed with their responsiveness and prompt action. In clarification I was told “This hot air brush is manufactured for use in the US at 110V and the EU at 230V. Our product is not universal dual voltage. If you buy it from the amazon.us, you will receive the 110V version.” along with a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused and immediate offer to refund the purchased amount.While my search for a dual voltage hot air brush is still on, I can’t recommend Ohuhu enough for their amazing customer support & responsiveness.

This tool is AWESOME! Takes a little getting used to cause it's bulky but once you do it's so easy. The tool bristle side fits my hand and I could only palm it........was really nervous but gave it a try and so happy I bought it. Usually takes about 30 to 40 minutes to do my shoulder length hair with drying then the flat iron. I timed it on the first use 15 minutes (seriously). Hair was smooth and so soft.

I like the fact that I don't have to use one hand for the brush and one for the blow dryer. For this FIVE stars. But I really thought it would be small enough to do some loose curl if I wanted it to. NOT with this monster! It is relatively lightweight and using just the one hand is a major plus. But I still gotta haul out that curling iron to get rid of those chapped ends which this "ION enhanced" item said it would eliminate. I debated sending it back, but 2 things stopped me. ONE I've already used it, that would be gross. TWO it IS still better than 2 handing it with the blow dryer and a brush. Its not a MAGIC machine...just a pretty good priced blower and brush in one. Smaller barrel...MAYBE better curl power??

Love this! I have thick hair and takes awhile to dry so planning to flat iron my hair does take some time! This Dryer Bursh saves me times and makes my hair look full and styled! I have tried many different types and none of themleft my hair looking smooth and like I just left the salon. Only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 starts is because if you have iton high it turns realllllllly hot! But besides’ That I just ordered another one for my mom as a xmas gift! she loves mine also! (she has really THIN hair)

When I clicked the button to purchase,, I was a bit doubtful, because the products looked so big (LOL), because my hair length is a kind of short bob (sides, front long, back side was ducky tail short), so I was not sure if the product would fit the length of my hair. But it was not necessary concern. The front/sides/top got the nice volume and swing nicely. The size has the reason. I am so satisfied with this. I really love to recommend to my friends ! I need to mention that price is so good.

I use this for drying my hair and straightening at the same time. There are 3 heat settings (I use the middle one). My hair is nice and straight and shiny after using the ;produce. I am enjoying it.

I purchased this dryer because of all the positive reviews. However, I am finding it very cumbersome to handle, and the barrel, gets extremely hot. I have curly hair and wanted to use this so I wouldn’t have to use my flat iron as much. That part is a fail because it doesn’t straighten the hair as many claim and instead of being a smooth finish, it is very frizzy. I do use product to control the frizz and a heat protectant for my hair. Even with these products I comes out with a whole head of friz and needing to spend an additional 30 minutes using my flat iron. Unfortunately, I am out of the time to return it and will end up selling it.Waste of money for me.

I was so excited when this came in today. I tried to use it just a few minutes ago and the first section of hair that I tried to use, the barrel popped and smoke started coming out. I took it out of my hair and smoke continued to come out of the barrel. Then, I could not get the crazy thing to turn off. I literally had to unplug it to get it off and get the smoke to stop. But, when I unplugged it, THICK dark gray smoke started billowing out. Needless to say, my hair and my room both smell like smoke. I was too scared to turn it back on. I'll be returning it tomorrow.
