Pretty nice, but needs metal parts.
I have purchased this as well as the shower shot. I like this alot, and it works really well. The I prefer the short tapered tip myself. The only thing I really didn't like is the valve that they included is extremely cheap. I replaced it with a metal one that you can pick up at the hardware store.

JUNK! You can do much better for less money.
Poor design, poor materials and build quality. You're much(!) better off with the Cleanstream Silicone Comfort Nozzle, which costs a lot less and is a much better and nicer product. Get a ball valve ( "W.E. Anderson Mini Brass Ball Valve, MVB-LM4, Lever Handle, 1/2" Male NPT x 1/2" Female NPT" or "Male to Female M/F Thread 1/2" Full Port Brass Water Ball Valve" on here) and install it on the end of your shower arm, and assuming you have a handshower-on-a-hose type of setup, you wind up with a much better setup.

Clean booty hole
My butt has never been cleaner! My wife will eat a bowl of cereal out of my butt 2-4 times a week. Would highly recommend.

Not worth the money
Purchased for my partner to use in the shower. Broke in under 6 months. He was liking it, not great, but liked it. The handle / button to engage the water is hard to use. And that handle is what broke; the button doesn't work anymore and water just leaks out.

Total P.O.S.!!! The divider broke after two uses, now it leaks so much I can't use it.

Colt Advanced Shower Shot Darmreinigung
Ich habe mir das Teil gekauft, leider bin ich unzufrieden, den Wasserstop muß man so stark drücken das einen der Finger weh tut damit genug Wasser kommt, aber das reicht nicht aus wenn man einen Durchlauferhitzer hat denn dann muss man mehr Wasserdruck haben, Ansonsten kommt nur kaltes Wasser und das ist sehr unangenehm. Das einfüllloch von den Wasserstopp ist zu klein, vielleicht würde es besser funktionieren wenn der Einfüllstutzen wo der Duschschlauch ran kommt grösser wehre. Das Zubehör ist gut, man hat eine Auswahl.
