There is SO much information in here and presented in an easy to understand manner. There are so many things we did not even get time to cover unfortunately, and will read it later when I have time.
Review: Book is in good condition - The book isn’t large...about the length and width of regular letter size paper. Hardcover book with typical print size. The condition of the used book was good although it was listed as “acceptable”. No missing pages. No crazy highlight marks. The book is now out of print and you can only get the book used or rent in digital form. A few places you can purchase the original book but even the used book is over $200. I don’t know why schools are still referencing a book that is out of print when there are surely other comprehensive and comparable books that are still in print or have a digital version you can buy rather than rent.
