Directions Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and let it infuse for 10 minutes. Always prepare the tea fresh. The bag can only be used once. Safety Warning If you sweeten the tea with sugar, do not give it to babies from a bottle with a pacifier, but use a cup as soon as possible. Lovely tea with rose hip and black horn to boost up your immune system gently . Actually I do feel the effects straight away by warm and calm feels. It doesn’t have any stimulant nor sourness at and but it makes you feel like drinking one sip more and another sip more . This makes me sleepy now . Drink while it is hot if you are adult ! Enjoyable as a tea when you started feeling catching cold . Relaxing.
