Review: Best Traveling Backpack! - I'm a 48-year-old teacher, so my back has been through a lot. But this SHRRADOO backpack? It's genuinely great. I originally bought two for myself and for my wife. I'm the kind of person who carries a gaming laptop, three textbooks, a tablet, a jumble of cords, my lunch, a spare sweater, and a random stapler that's been living in there for weeks. This bag handled all of it without any trouble. The shoulder pads are thick and breathable, I honestly forgot how much I was carrying. And the combination lock is nice. I mostly use it to keep my students out of my snack stash. (I'm only half joking.) Then I saw it was on sale, and I went a little overboard. I bought four more as gifts for: 1. My nephew in college (he uses it for classes and weekend camping) 2. My friend who travels for work (it's airline approved and fits under the seat) 3. My neighbor who hikes 4. And my own teenager, who kept "borrowing" mine anyway The quality is really top tier. I've stuffed this thing under airplane seats, strapped it to a camping chair, dropped it in a puddle, and used it as a pillow on a delayed flight. Still looks brand new. I took this backpack on a Southeast Asia trip for three weeks which included 10 planes, 5 boats, 2 trains, and many Uber, Grab, and taxi's. I packed and unpacked many times and brought it home in new condition. For the price, I expected a one and done trip for this backpack. It is not the backpackers typical bag but it is truly a traveler's bag. The pockets make sense, there is a ton of storage for clothes, toiletries, diving booties, mask, snorkel and bulky gopros and accessories plus 2 full size water bottles and sandals ( I wore shoes on travel days.) The zippers were smooth and definitely tested. Plus this bag fit into every overhead compartment which blew my mind. I saved a ton of money by never having to check this bag. I also bought this bag for the charging port but in reality I never used it, but glad it was there. It is very lightweight in a good way and the straps would be the weak link. They are plenty durable but thin and I would take thin and less bulky over fat padded straps that may keep me from fitting this into the overhead.

**Q: can the backpack be cleaned in the washer?**
A: no wipe with a damp cloth and I let it air dry

**Q: will it fit under the airplane seat?**
A: I have a standard backpack also which does fit under most airline seats but this backpack is at least 25% larger than the standard backpack & almost certainly would have to be placed in the overhead unless it's partially empty.  It's actually a fair bit larger than I expected but I love it. Great quality, & has lots of lovely pockets.

**Q: Has anyone had issues carrying this bag on a flight? I notice the metal enforced handle. Want to see if anyone has had any issues before I try**
A: In the description "exclusively designed for air travel. That's why I purchased it.

**Q: How sturdy are the straps? i am a field service tech and need to carry some tools and my laptop. i have an another brand that didn't last too long.**
A: The carry Handle actually has a metal cable running through it. Shoulder straps are thick and padded. Hope this helps
