This cone maker helped me make the perfect taco shaped cones😍 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Waffle Cone Maker is a light weight *by L***C on November 14, 2022* I bought the Brentwood Waffle Cone Maker because making waffle cones in a pizzelle maker was not working out so well. This machine didn't come with adequate instructions, but it works similar to a pizzelle maker. I turned on the machine and set the dial about a quarter of an inch past medium. Once the maker's light is green add about 1/3 cup of batter (I use an ice cream scoop) slightly off center toward the back quadrant so that the batter spreads forward and fills the plates. Engage the lock. After a few waffles if the the batter contains a lot of butter, then you do not need to add any oil to the plates. Eventually the green light will go off as the waffle cooks. When the green light goes on again, wait another minute to a minute and a half and open the machine to remove the waffle. Add more batter and repeat. I remove the waffle with tongs and let it cool while adding the batter again and then shape the cone. I found that the cone shaper that came with the waffle cone maker was too large and so I just shaped the cones by hand. Also the plates of the waffle maker are too light, so that it takes much longer to make a waffle as compared to a heavy plated pizzelle maker. There is no audible click when the light goes on and off, so you really need to be present when using this machine.
