Sizing is accurate, allows for wearing multiple insulation layers beneath. I wear it with a baselayer, a GI wool sweater, and an Empire Wool and Canvas Boreal Shirt when not moving.It's extremely breathable, allows for great range of motion, and the hood and collar adjustments allow for good protection from falling snow. The length is perfect, it's full parka length unlike backpacking garments, and generously covers the hips and belt line.Pocket layout is excellent, though I wish the zippered chest pocket was sewn down inside the anorak as it flips upside down when donning. Pit zips are an excellent feature and hard to find on non-waterproof shells.I would strongly recommend ordering a block of Greenland wax with this item if its your first waxed garment, as the coating from the factory is not very heavy.I would buy this item again, and probably will.

It is very durable and high quality. The fur on the hood is removable. Where it is a shell, technically, it will definitely keep you warm in temperatures 50 and up. Highly recommended!

This jack is everything I wanted for bird watching right colour, quiet and comfortable. Really well designed and thought out. It is big enough to put over warm underlayers and a much better price than other similar jackets.
