Speck Products DuraFolio Case and Viewing Stand for iPad Air 2, Black/Slate Grey/Black

We just got a new Ipad air and this Speck protection case/stand works very well. It's slim and light and fits the Ipad Air perfectly. We have had previous cases for our other Ipad airs and this one seems a lot more sturdier. Since we have an almost 5 year old, you have to have something super sturdy! The price was good and the overall quality is good as well. I would buy this again for our Ipad (we use it, but you never know when the almost 5 year old will get his hands on it! - It's nice to know it's got protection.)

Excellent case for iPad Air 2. Very sharp looking in black. Offers better protection, looks, and durability than the cheaper Speck StyleFolio case... and it's about the same thickness as well, which is to say it's reasonably thin for a case. Not heavy either. I'd say it's a comfortable size/weight. The magnets that hold the case closed are strong enough that it won't flop open no matter how you hold it... actually strong enough to hold a metal stylus to the outside of the cover... it's still possible to knock it off--the magnets aren't THAT strong--but it works reasonably well.There are multiple positions to stand up the case... and, again, it's better than the StyleFolio here as well, offering way more indents and a specially designed tab in the side of the case that stands up better and offers more options in the amount of tilt. Plus you can fold the lid under the case (origami-style) and get two more options for standing the case that are very sturdy. No way to stand the case in portrait mode, unfortunately, but that rare feature usually comes at a substantial cost in the size/weight of the case.Protection-wise, I've dropped my iPad onto the floor from at least 3 feet and once the dog got hold of it (BAD DOG!!)... and my iPad (and the case) came away unscathed. The iPad buttons are protected behind the case's rubber buttons as well.

Fits perfectly. Works like a charm. Set it at the angle that works best for you. Auto sleep and wake-up feature works fine. Case appears to be well-made and does a good job of protecting my iPad Air 2. Not a flimsy product, but neither is it bulky. Near perfect balance of form and function.My only (small) complaint is the boring color. Wish it came in some splashy colors or artwork designs, like some of the competitive products.UPDATE: Year and a half later. The folder is still in great shape. Still performing like it was brand new. No complaints. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I researched, bought because of Speck reputation and reviews; a little high on price but good insurance for expensive iPad, used for about 6 months and it's held up well. The stand is just okay. I like the confidence it gives when handling, so far has protected device from minor accidents and drops very well. Makes buttons a little awkward to use but not a deal breaker for me. I recommend if you are looking to protect device from daily hazards.

I have had this case for 6 months now for my iPad Air 2 and it has held up great, no issues at all and it really holds the iPad nice and tight on the case, and all the buttons still work great and I am a heavy iPad user. I would buy this again in the future when I get my next iPad, because there is always another iPad!

I drop things. Unfortunately that means that I destroyed my last iPad. When I replaced it, I needed a case that would give me some serious protection. This case has done the job. I've dropped my iPad several times from a height of up to 3-4 feet and it has suffered no apparent damage.It's very slim and reasonably good looking. It definitely does the job I need it to do.

I have been trying to find a trifold iPad case that was more protective and thicker than the "ultra slim" ones that usually are on market. I like to position my iPad to lay lower to type and it is hard to do that if the majority of iPad cases position high. I finally found this case and I am quite pleased with the product. I LOVE the auto sleep/wake magnets, it fit my iPad 2 perfectly, AND luckily it has many positions that the case can be put in. The only thing however is I'm not a fan of the way it opens/close because to me it just seems difficult and not as smooth?

Great case for traveling or just sitting at your desk. I luckily haven't dropped it yet, but it seems to be very protective if it were to be dropped. What I most like about the stand is how it offers great options for sitting it up at a desk.

Encastrement parfait avec protection totale de type militaire en collant feuille verre sur écran.Finesse (relative) de l'ensemble mais augmente sensiblement le poids de la tablette. Très nombreuses possibilités de réglage de l'inclinaison en mode paysage. Se démarque de la concurrence.
