Use carefully
Looks good and "hopefully" doesn't vignette with wide angle lens (Lumix 14mm).Will protect the glass from possible scrapes and greasy fingers. However . . . . the open design means be careful that the gaps don't catch on clothes etc.Well engineered and good value - you will need a center pinch lens cap - side pinch wont work very well.Finally, the thread is fine so, take care fitting it to make sure its threaded properly. Cross threaded may mean just another economical hood bought. Damage the lens thread and its a different story.

Gegenlichtblenden mit gleicher Funktion gibt es auch deutlich teurer. Mit Blick auf diese Blende hier kann ich nicht erkennen, wo der Vorteil des Teuren läge. Kaufempfehlung.
