Unfortunately, there aren't many brand new revelations. If you have been reading psychology and behaviour either in books or in a curriculum, you may have come across a lot of content that is given in this book. The truly original parts are where Adam deconstructs 'groupthink' and 'playing the devil's advocate'. What I take away from this book is that you are never really given easy 'rules of thumb' in life. They are rules until they aren't. The answer to most questions of life is 'it depends'.
