It's awesome! Only problem is that the gent pipe wobbles in his hand a bit but I think it's great. Also for the person who is spamming their own review stop your scamming people for it so stop spamming the review. one review is enough also mine didn't come broken so why do you just keep spamming it. It is a great product but why it is 4 stars is because there is box art error but it is not all that bad overall great product

My son ordered this using a gift card that he got. When the toy arrived the head was broken from the body. I went on to do a replacement and it's not allowed to be replaced for one that's not broken. Now I have a kid that is upset because money that was given to him has gone to waste. Not a good way to do business!!!!

I’m very upset as I can’t even exchange the item for my son. His figure came with the head broken off. All I want to do is send it back and get the exact same thing. Why isn’t this possible?

Bendy and the Ink Machine is a horror video game for adults (in the "thing you have nostalgia for becomes horror monster" genre) with a very complex story. Several of its characters look similar, as they are the same ... I guess "species" is the closest term. They can be told apart by their equipment and, in this case, by their facial expression.But yes, this character's name is Tom, and he is NOT the same character as Boris the Wolf; they're just both the same type of creature. In the video game you meet Boris in chapter 2 and don't encounter Tom until chapter 4 or 5.I mean, these toys are pretty harmless for kids, since the horror elements aren't obvious from the toys themselves. Just be aware that the information on the package is correct, Boris and Tom are distinct characters, and if your kid is a fan of the GAME and not just the characters, they'll be able to tell.Now, why Amazon lists this as "Grocery," credits it to the wrong seller, and gives bullet points that are quite clearly for food ... that, I can't answer.
