The other brand had over 6 or 7% negative (1) reviews and in my experience that is a bad sign. So, I got two of these (a bit expensive but it was an "essential" item for my work) and I could not be happier. They worked perfectly. The mount bracket itself has multiple measurements for accommodating the monitor mount that you have and the monitors that are listed and there is even a measurement you can do (measure the distances between your monitor mount's mounting holes) and you should be able to see whether this mount adapter will accommodate your particular monitor mount AND if the number is listed, the clip that goes in under the back of the monitor should snap right in.
