read the direction especially direction and placement cords come off spool, gets twisted up easily , possibly cause of some of the problems folks have had. cranks to full draw almost easy, although it advises not to I experimented a bit checking real close potential snagging spots but my sniper 370 it works perfect and for myself I am able to shoot with unit in place and held high out of danger of moving parts. I am not saying do it by any means but I was able it willmake reload way faster. I also agree with the people who say the slide is hard to move I may try to come up with a tool to help and not fingers, shot 6 times flawless operation once cords are where they should be

Easy to mount has a smooth action easy to dismount. Nice long crank handle with a very nice knob.SXturdy and well made. It looks nice and neat. Altho it is not silent it is very quiet. This bow has a long barrel and My legs are not long. I can cook my crossbow if I put both feet behind the limbs. Between the limbs and the cables. This cocking device is an absolute must for me. I will never own a plastic cocking device, This one is solid aluminum. Like any cocking device I have used, you need to completely roll it out once in a while to get any twists out of the strings. after you get familiar with it you will really appreciate it. mostly when sighting in my bow, Because I shoot so many arrows at one time.

Work good be careful of the ends of the cords tied in the drum they catch the rest of the cord when you are cracking it up and will give you all kinds of problems. I trimmed mine off and it works good you still have to be careful

**UPDATE** I bought this at the end of September for bow hunting. I submitted a review after the first 2 or 3 times using this. I WAS very happy with this in the start....What happened???I was done hunting and as always, I put my crank on so it was ready for the morning. I did NOT crank it tightly whatsoever, just snug enough so I was ready to go. The next morning, I was at my deer blind location, got out of vehicle to cock the bow and it would NOT crank. I left, came home took the crank off to inspect and see what the issue was. (It was dark out, hence why I came home to inspect). When I took it off, it instantly went into what I can only explain as a "Twisted Puzzle from Hades". I have no idea why or how this happened!!!! Every time it was off the bow, it was cranked up completely and put it into a zipped, protective case to keep it clean and to prevent any tangle. It took my Husband and myself over an hour to fix this tangled disaster and get it back onto the bow. I am so upset, and now I have Zero confidence using it! I was so very happy with the independence this product gave me!! As a woman hunter, I no longer needed to have anyone set my bow. I am SO very unhappy with the fact that I have used this product AS DIRECTED every single time, very cautious and diligent with this item. I have a deep respect for the power of my crossbow along with the product. Well, now here I am 2 days PAST my return/refund/replace timeline and am unable to hunt independently AGAIN!!! Very unhappy Woman Hunter here!**Previous Review**I have to say this has to be the best purchase I have ever made for my hunting career! I had 3 shoulder surgeries, which has left me unable to pull back my crossbow. I found this setup, it is easy to install, very easy to use and now I am an independent woman Hunter! I no longer need anybody to pull back and get my bow set for me to go hunting!!!

Couldn't actually adapt it to my current crossbow and didn't feel like spending another $275 for the bow it is designed for AND retooling to 20" bolts...but only just. If it ever goes on special...

Very disappointed with this item; it came with a broken mount system, parts missing. I have been working two days trying to mount it to my bow, to be fair it is not made for my bow. On the plus side it has been fun trying to get it mounted. I think all I need to do is mount some pulleys.

Easy set up ..Did get lines tangled but "Amanda" at centerpoint told me to completely pull line all the way out and easy to figure out, Installed on my 370 XB and started cranking. I have L. torn bicep and R torn rotater cuff however cranking was easy..Just remember bow must be in "FIRE: position no matter using or rope or crank.Once crank removed from bow, would suggest to crank line all the up to prevent tangling. Good luck from there on.
