These are my second pair, seem so well made but don’t work. Either they don’t charge/ connect or one of the EarPods won’t work. Rubbish 0stars

I bought Sudio FEM since August 2021, used for 8 months so far works fine. Unfortunately, left earbud battery keep in less than 10% in all times recently. Even put it back to the case charging over 24 hours. The left earbud's battery is still not fully charged, and only last for few minutes, at most 3 minutes.So, I bought another new FEM try to have self-test the issue, see whether it comes from fail of case charging or left earbud battery issue. Finally, I found that it is definitely the problem of earbud, since I found the left earbud from new FEM still have the same problem. It maybe the same batch of product got defect so how. So I have to return both new and old FEM with no choice.

LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS. 99% OF THEM SAY THESE EARBUDS ARE FAULTY, AND I HAD THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM. THE EARBUDS DIDN'T WORK. THEY ARE FAULTY. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN TURN ON! BROKEN FROM THE SECOND I OPENED THE BOX. RIDICULOUS!

I tried different methods available online to try to fix bit nothing worked

The earbuds were faulty as they arrived completely dead and wouldn't charge all the way. Right earbud wouldn't charge at all from the start. I have also realised that the seal on the charging connectors were missing and therefore meaning they weren't new as advertised. They charge a little and battery dies quickly. They arrived well packaged and didnt have any visual damage. Customer support was polite and offered replacement as a gift but I'm yet to receive that.

Well. Design is so nice box is super chic sound is okay not bad not amazing. Average. Comfy they stays in and not falling off even I have pretty small ears.Sound cancellation is okay I don’t hear people but I still hear tube train noise when its heavy. But unfortunately mic is awful! Can not send voice records as no one can hear what I say it cancells my voice or doing something I don’t know what.. If I knew this I wouldn’t buy it :(One more thing, battery life is okay though and it recharges in 10mins when u connect to pc.
