**Q: I cannot remove the weights.  Is there some trick to getting them out of the pouches?**
A: You can remove the weights by forcing the gray line pouch open wider and push the weight out.  Once you take the weight out, it’s exceedingly hard to put it back in the little pouch!

**Q: I need to know how small an ankle size it can fit? I can return but want to save everyone concerned the hassle, money etc.**
