Dreadful. Don't bother!
Having wanted a rehairing tool quickly I turned to Amazon for a quick fix, hoping the semi bad reviews were just bad luck for a few people - I really should have listened to other reviews. This tool is basically useless. It doesn't grip the needles properly and the needles themselves were rusted at the ends with broken tips, meaning they couldn't grip the hair. I'll see how it does with new needles but I don't hold out much hope.I have now gone to etsy to buy a proper rerooting kit. You should do the same!

Snapped same day
Had this delivered today, spent the evening rooting a monster high doll. Tomorrow I have to buy another set of needles because these have all snapped already. Monster high dolls are pretty big, and I've been a doll artist a long time, I don't understand why on earth these snap so quickly. Especially at that price. I have one needle left and a deadline, please cross everything for this last little needle to survive the night, but I doubt it.

Excellent product
The media could not be loaded. Fantastic product, very easy to use. A few reviews mention the needles not fitting but if you unscrew it then you can swap the inner tube around to accommodate different needle gauges, it's easily done! The needles are sturdy if you apply the correct pressure but people new to the hobby may find they break a few in the learning process.

Good just need to be careful
This product is a bit flimsy bit if you heat up the head (like some tutorials say) then it will work fine just be a bit patient

Needles don’t fit into handle and needles break easily
