Gel Ice Pack by TheraFlex Reusable Hot Cold Gel Therapy - Non-Toxic, Long Lasting Relief for Injuries, Joint and Muscle Pain

My boyfriend and I are always at the gym or somewhere hiking. This ice pack saved us multiple times from muscle pain and injuries. This is the only brand I like that I've tried! The temperature actually stays hot or cold and works for pain relief.Additionally:-it’s seriously leak-proof-they last forever-the gel forms to your body (Most of the ones on here are too watery even if they say “gel”)-I like that it’s non toxic and made of materials that are good for the environment.Next time I will order two!

Best ice pack I’ve ever used hands down! I recently gave myself a third degree thigh contusion and could not walk for several days and TherafFlex got me through. It’s amazing to me how it stays colder so much longer than all other ice packs I tried. I also really liked the texture - because of the gel technology it stayed firmer than other ice packs that usually melt into a gross wet mush. 10/10 would recommend. No complaints - very happy with this purchase!

I have chronic pain in my shoulder, and I'm supposed to ice it nightly. I have found nothing to work as well as this product. The sponge-like material inside really holds the cold for a very long time. Regular ice packs have to be put back in the freezer after 15 to 20 minutes. These last for almost an hour

These are the best cold / hot packs ever. I have used these for years and am so glad I was able to still find them. . They are great both hot or cold. They are soft and flexible and mold to any part of your body. They hold temperature for a long time as well. Would highly recommend this product.

Awesome these r the best. They work hot or cold but do t get hard as rock due to its insides.

I have had neck surgery and frequently have pain in the cervical region of my spine. These ice packs are perfect for the neck and help alleviate head and neck pain. Stay cold for 1-2 hours and are flexible gel. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a different ice pack prior to this. It is good but not nearly as flexible and adaptable as the TheraFlex. Definitely my favorite is Theraflex

These are adequate ice packs, they are easy to freeze and hold stay cold longer than most gel packs.
