FolkArtMetallic Acrylic Paint in Assorted Colors (2 Ounce), 653 Emerald Green

My old costume jewelry have rusted over the years. Many were to be either thrown away or repaired. I chose the latter. This gold paint did the job beautifully. Now my old jewelry has a good layer of gold again. This works!

It is not the gold color that I like but for the price, i just used it and add fine gold glitter, then sealed it with glossy mod podge. Il could have used mod podge by itselp then glitter but Im covering a darker piece so this worked for my purpose.

This metallic paint is exactly as depicted! It goes on smoothly and covers well. If you're looking for a true metallic blue paint this is IT! I LOVE THIS PAINT!

So far so good. I bought it to use in my eco-resin pours, doesn't fully work for that purpose but I've used it to paint on gold designs to the surface instead.

I bought 4, they are beautiful but one of them (the dark purple) did arrive open and oozyBeautiful color, good coverage, great shimmer- nice price point

the color is very smooth when dries

It's a decent paint, applies nicely and the colour is quite iridescent. My only issue with it is how it reacts to water once dry. It's hard to describe but basically it becomes like a "film". Once saturated enough, it more or less can be peeled off whatever you painted it on. Now, this isn't an issue for applications where what you paint will never get wet, but it's good to know if, like in my case, you were planning to paint some resin or something similar and somehow ended up with a floating "7" in the water.
