Review: Best probiotic I've ever tried! Works amazingly well. - I am a 45year old man and I have had plaque psoriasis since I was 5 years old. I have learnt to manage and live with it. I was on a complete raw diet for over three months, my skin started to improve and the psoriatic lesions started to calm down. By the end of three months, my psoriatic lesions went down by 50%, but then the effects kind of plateaued. I was not sure what else I could try. I thought I was taking all the right supplements from curcumin to zinc to reduce inflammation. I was thankful for the progress but also felt like I hit a brick wall. A friend suggested that I look into probiotics to help replenish my gut bacteria. I tried a few different probiotics for a few months and I saw marginal improvement in my condition. I was not sure if taking probiotics was worth my effort and money. Over Thanksgiving, a friend mentioned Gut Mate to me. I was not very hopeful but decided to give it a shot.
