I haven't used it on my beard yet. The wax is sticky enough but not too sticky. I REALLY like the smell so I sometimes just apply it for the smell. It lasts long enough to my satisfaction, has a decent hold. The hair doesn't feel frizzy or anything after use so that's good, it somewhat moisturizes the area as well but not impressively.
