I’ve been taking the for a week now and love them so far. I get migraines and bad headaches on a daily basis. These have helped ease the pain so much. No migraine since I started taking them. Will they be able to fully stop them?…probably not. But, any relief is amazing as nothing else has ever helped. I’ve already been recommending them to people. Easy to swallow too. I usually take the max of 4 throughout the day. Cannot recommend enough. These may not work for everyone, but I’m glad I found them after doing a lot of research.
