This stuff is really great and has helped me so much! I think of it as buffering the acids in my body and I take it twice a day first thing in the morning and then again before bed and sometimes another time in the middle of the day if my ph is in need of buffering some acidity. I will say that I tried to make this on my own with a recipe online but it did not work and I bought all the stuff and could not figure out the ratios, so I tried my mixture for a month or so and I was stalling my weight loss. But then when I decided to break down and order this again, my weight started coming off again. I am not sure if I can totally attribute it to this product, but it certainly is something I have been monitoring daily and have not done any drastic changes in my diet and lost a few pounds in the first couple days back on this. I am looking forward to seeing this help me to make my weight loss goals. Thank you Alkamind for a great product! It is worth the cost to have these ratios intact since I am not a scientist and I don't want anything off balance in my body as a result of poor mixing on my own.

This is an amazing product and has helped me recover from acid reflux/GERD. I had been a struggling for months - trouble sleeping, giving up foods I loved (including coffee :( ), limiting physical activity, reducing alcohol intake. I started taking this along with some dietary changes and noticed a significant difference in the degree/severity of acid reflux and was able to sleep better. It literally makes you burp when you take it, but also calms your system. It's energizing for middle of the day slumps and since I've been taking it regularly I've been able to enjoy more of the things I loved e(coffe, wine, chocolate, tomato sauce, garlic and onions) in moderation. I do have to be careful but it is FAR better to stick with alkamind as a staple and be able to enjoy life a bit. Ore and sleep better. Can't recommend this product enough. I highly recommend the greens as well. Great way to start the day and stay alkaline.

Great ingredients and important for the healing process, but haven't noticed much of a difference. When I started using this powder in conjunction with alkaline water (Essence pH10), I then began to feel a small change. I think this blend is a great addition for those who are wanting a boost or having occasional reflux; but for more serious cases you might need to bulk up the delivery with higher quality water. If reflux is bad enough, it can cause acidosis and block the bioavilability of these minerals. I'm grateful to Alkamind for having a line that cares about these issues enough to offer clean, helpful products. Clean taste, easy scoop, dissolves in water beautifully. Will continue to use!

The company has changed the recipe. This used to be a lemon-y flavored mineral drink that worked well for me. I have just received the new one and while I can't say it is less effective (I have only just tasted it.) I can say it tastes much sweeter, which I do not find to be a good thing.

I buy this especially for my husband. We live in Florida where the summers are very hot. He walks and jogs each day and sweats a lot. If he doesn’t replace his electrolytes he gets cramps in his legs. The Alkamind Daily Minerals keeps his body supplied with the potassium and other minerals his body needs.We have tried other kinds and he likes the flavor of this one the best and I like it because it’s natural and has no added ingredients. Bottled sports drinks often have things added that are not good for our bodies.

I am an repeat buyer of the Alkamind Daily minerals product and usually I love it. Mixed with an alkaline diet, it has nearly eliminated my acid reflux and I have been able to completely stop taking any OTC acid reducers. However, this last time I purchased the product it tastes spoiled and the color is brown. Definitely got a defective one this time around and am very disappointed, as I rely on this daily.

While the taste of this is so-so, I have found that I have a bit more energy and have been sleeping a little better. As far as kicking the sugar cravings, which is the main reason I got this, I haven’t noticed anything major as of yet, they are reduced a little. Thus far I like it and I’m hoping for better results as I get more into the jar

I like this product and feel better when taking the Alkamind Minerals, the only problem I have encountered is that when I receive the item through the subscription it is old and off color with a funny taste. I have stopped my subscription and now order one at a time, the minerals I have received this way, so far, have been fresh.
