The natural ingredients like coconut oil ,pomegranate seed oil, aloe vera extract,d-Alpha Tocopherol and White snow petrolatum is what helps give you softer maybe slightly firm skin. But as soon as you stop using it...it comes back. You don't need this product to loose weight. You need to eat healthy with exercise. **Q: Do you need to use a waist trainer** A: You don't need to use a waist trainer (as in a corset) however there is a neoprene type exercise belt that is normally used in conjunction with the cream. It enhances the effectiveness of the process and prevents the cream from getting on your close. The same company makes a great waist trimmer exercise belt. Worth the purchase for sure! **Q: Does it help loose fat?** A: It's designed to pull the extra water from jiggly problem areas helping it to firm up and lose extra inches. Boy does it make you sweat too ! Combine it with the Sweet sweat trimmer band ( so you don't rub the gel off during workout) and you'll see the difference. Best effects are seen with drinking water through the day and lower sodium diet. **Q: can i use it for massager?** A: I wouldn't. It's too thick until you start sweating while working out. Use oil for massage.! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic product will buy again *by A***R on April 1, 2026* I used it sweet swear today. I got the unscented one. It’s super convenient to swipe on exactly where you want it, and the coconut scent is a nice touch without making the whole thing feel like a production. 😂🥥 I also like that the container is easy to grab and use without making a mess. Simple, convenient, and very much giving “put it on and keep it moving.” 😂🙌🏾 Definitely a five-star buy for me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ## Frequently Bought Together - Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer Roll-On Gel Stick - Makes You Sweat Harder and Faster, Use with Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer - Sports Research® Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer - Premium Sweat Enhancing Fitness Belt for Women & Men - 5 Adjustable Sizes - Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer Toned Series - Premium Sweat Enhancing Fitness Belt for Women & Men - 5 Adjustable Sizes --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/177796960-sweet-sweat-workout-enhancer-gel-citrus-mint-6-4oz-stick](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/177796960-sweet-sweat-workout-enhancer-gel-citrus-mint-6-4oz-stick) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
