They look good and fit him perfect with a little wiggle room. He says they are very comfortable. He immediately hit the streets. Skated for 3 hours outside. Then came in and skated around the house the rest of the evening. At the end of the day I asked him how they felt and he said he felt like he was wearing shoes and didn't hurt at all. Other reviews mentioned the strap falling off, parts coming loose and seams coming unstitched within the first day! His looked fine. Again, these are his first pair of skates. He's also a 12yr old boy who is a very rough kid. So if u can imagine, These took a pretty good beating the first day but are still in tact. It's been 4 days since then and this kid literally has been wearing them from the moment he wakes up till the moment he goes to sleep. They are already skuffed up due to him falling on the street but no rips, loose stitches or loose parts. They seem sturdy. Only thing he asked me to do was to loosen the wheels so they could spin better. I also sprayed a little wd40 on the bearings. So far I think this was a great buy. The harder the wheel (the higher the number rating), the less grip you have. These skate wheels are low quality. I bought Radar wheels to replace them (78a hardness https://www.amazon.com/Radar-Wheels-Donut-Roller-Skate/dp/B075NQ66SM) They give a much better grip on the road/sidewalk. You can also replace the bearings to ABCE 7s for about $20. Better bearings=longer glide. I change my wheels for indoor use. I love the sake itself and both my son and I have them. They've been used for 3 years now. **Q: Looking for the best outdoor skates, wheels, and toe stop barely off of road** A: The Bullet is designed more for indoor use. But you could buy outdoor wheels to put on them (Aerobic or Motion are both popular) and then use these outdoors.
