What size should I take for a 33 inch waist?** A: Not sure but I’m a 34 and it’s like an inch too tight **Q: Do I really need to wear anything under them if I’m at the gym or just out ?** A: i didnt have exactly the same pair as shown but based on another pair that I bought similar, Inwould say you need to wear underwear out and about **Q: How long is the side split ?** A: The split starts about 80mm down from the top of the waist band and the two panels overlap about 40mm. The depth of my which are medium is only about 300mm from crutch to top of waistband so thaey are just right for me. Previously I had Nike to a similar pattern but these I could not replace. Seem very light - almost like wearing nothing. Great in hot weather. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A little bit too big. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 August 2025* I am a 36" waist in trousers and these were a little bit loose all round. I swapped them for medium and they were a perfect fit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Damn *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 August 2020* Bought for the run. Damn! Was my wife's first "I am loving what I see" reaction, but already forbid outdoor use under the excuse I would look like a pervert walking around with my appendages on show. Will keep for home use. Nice red color, very light and comfortable. If you don't mind your shorts extra short then go for it. I am happy with the purchase anyways. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/178496042-muscle-alive-men-split-sports-1-running-shorts-side-mesh](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/178496042-muscle-alive-men-split-sports-1-running-shorts-side-mesh) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
