Grinds well, little static with conical grind as the natural coffee bean oils remained through their roasting and production process. However, this isn’t always a mark of freshness, stale coffee can develop a rancid, acidic flavor while retaining a beautiful oily sheen. This was not the case, and every cup was consistent and flavorful. The only downside I would give for this coffee was the bag. Initially, I held the beans in the bag and rolled it closed with a spring clip on top. After I ground roughly a little more than half the bag, I did notice flavor change in the coffee and the beginning of higher acidity in the flavor profile.
