Stopper rails prevent the baskets from being pushed out the back. Top surface is a convenient place to set down anything you need by the doorway and don’t want to forget when you head out to work or errands. There is a large handle slot on the front of each basket so you can open them quickly to see what’s inside. Open frame design prevents dust, dirt, and very small items from accumulating beneath or behind the baskets. Nimble size of the unit allows it to be moved easily for cleaning or repurposing in another room of the house. Fabric basket bodies are made with 80% Polyester/20% Cotton fabric with bottom panels covered in non-woven fabric. Frame is made of wood with an engineered wood top panel. Measures approximately 38 inches L x 11.75 inches W x 23.5 inches H overall. Two large baskets measure 16 inches L x 10.5 inches W x 9 inches H. The storage unit is short in height but will serve our purposes of holding toys, sheets, etc. When baby is older, she will be able to easily put things away due to height and lightness (but sturdiness) of collapsible boxes. Review: Made in China Garbage - Don't waste your time or money. One piece came with split wood right out of the box. Figured I would just put that side towards the back so no one would notice. Well, couldn't even finish putting it together, drill holes did not like up on one of the sides at all, that's when I threw in the towel and am returning it. Very cheaply made and the baskets are super flimsy. I don't see the baskets keeping their shape very long with pulling on them constantly to retrieve items from them.

We purchased this storage unit to compliment the changing/dresser. The storage unit is short in height but will serve our purposes of holding toys, sheets, etc. When baby is older, she will be able to easily put things away due to height and lightness (but sturdiness) of collapsible boxes. Don't waste your time or money. One piece came with split wood right out of the box. Figured I would just put that side towards the back so no one would notice. Well, couldn't even finish putting it together, drill holes did not like up on one of the sides at all, that's when I threw in the towel and am returning it. Very cheaply made and the baskets are super flimsy. I don't see the baskets keeping their shape very long with pulling on them constantly to retrieve items from them.

If the basket/drawers didn't have to be lifted when closing then I would have given this five stars. When they aren't lifted then they stick out and tilts back, as the back of the drawer is not supported unless it is lifted so it can sit on the back brace. Other than that, this is a very nice and inexpensive addition to our home. I like that I can put anything in the drawers (like loose papers or mail that I still have to go through) and it looks neat. I placed a few simple decorations on top to give it a more classier look.
