Short version: This is a great product if you want to burn fat, boost energy, and increase alertness. It is very potent. For beginners, I would recommend trying first with a full stomach for the first day at least, just so you understand how powerful it is before you try with empty stomach. Also do not use with caffeine (coffee, tea, etc. until you understand how it might make you feel.)Long version:I am from USA. In the US, we have a nationwide vitamin and nutrition supplement chain store which, about 20 years ago, used to sell a product very similar to this one. IT WAS AWESOME!!! I don’t want to say the name, but the product started with an X. Anyway, I loved and used this particular product X for about 1 or 2 months and I lost so much weight. I was starting to look trim and I was becoming fit. I mean it was by far the only product that I ever tried that worked so so so good. Well, one day I went to this chain-store to purchase another bottle of this X product. I noticed that the bottle looked different. I also noticed that the name had changed from X-something to like Z-something or another. Confused, I asked the nutritional specialist what happened to the original product? Sadly, the clerk informedme that the key ingredient in the original X product had been banned by the FDA and that this new product Z was what they were now offering. I could tell that the clerk was just about as sad as I was that they could no longer sell the original product with the original ingredients. I purchased the new Z product just to see if by some chance, it may be an acceptable substitute. It was not. The Z product was utterly useless without this key ingredient.After all this took place, I think it was either 5 or 10 years later, the FDA finally lifted the ban of this key ingredient, however, to this day, it is extremely difficult to find in the USA. Nobody wants to sell the product with the key ingredient because they are afraid that some people might take too much and injure themselves. (Apparently, the reason why the ingredient was banned in the first place was because some athlete apparently took too much of the key ingredient and had a heart issue of some sort, sadly.)Anyway, for a long long time, I was unable to find this product easily. I did manage to find it sold online disguised cleverly over the years, but it was so extremely expensive it was unaffordable, not only that but it was not pure. Whatever I was able to find during the prohibition didn’t even work or make me feel good. It made me feel sick and jittery. It was all just garbage. Even though this plant grows wild in certain parts of the US, it was difficult to find standardised, trustworthy manufactures or reliable sources, so I gave up.Fast forward to year 2022. I am now living in India. I heard about this ancient Siddha medicinal plant called Soma (somalita, somalata, etc.) Well wouldn’t you know it!!!!!!! It is the SAME KEY INGREDIENT I’ve been searching for after all these years! This product, ECA Stack, is just like that fantastic, but discontinued X product that I’ve been searching for for nearly a quarter of a century!!!! And seriously, I know it’s been a really long time….. but I think this ECA Stack is actually better than that X product. It feels more pure and clean, if that makes any sense.I am just ecstatic that I FINALLY found my darling nutritional product again! I am in love and I just pray that this product, the formula in this ECA Stack, remains unchanged for all time to come. I love this product and this exact formulation. First of all, Nutrija has such a wide and good quality suppliments for body builders and normal people which are available only in international market.Why I took it:I started my fat loss journey long time ago and I had to goal to achieve certain type of physique in a limited time without using and steroids or external hormones. Nutrija ECA was a perfect and safe choice for me. I was also cheaper in price but not in quality.Experience:I tried the Nutrija ECA stack (red pill) from Jan 20th to Feb 17th with good diet (high protein), good workout and good sleep. I took it in the morning 20-30 minutes before my workout (empty stomach). First 2-3 days were a little difficult as I experienced some jitter (similar to pre workout but without itching) and very minor vomit like feeling (due to caffeine). After the 3rd day, I was feeling more energetic, more powerful and more motivated. My weight training sessions went exceptionally good as I was able to hit PRs every week. This product suppresses appetite upto some extent but it was balanced for me due to winter season.Results:I was amazed to see the result after 15-18 days and I had significantly reduced my body fat percentage in such a short period of time. My strength also increased and I also started seeing veins popping out on my forearms and shoulders. My muscle mass increased and my weight also went from 84 to 78kg with clean diet in parallel (this product will only work best with clean high protein diet).I would suggest this product for intermediate athletes who have a certain goal of achieving a good physique. When you open the pack, by first look you would think you just bought some regular medicines. That is what it looks like; yellow capsules in those medicine strips. I was taking two capsules every day; one on waking up and other one before work out. I was not hitting the gym yet but was focusing more on cardio; which involved 15 kilometers of walking, jogging and running every day. Diet was in control and my daily calories intake was under 1500. Result? The first help that Gene Tech did was to assist me in covering that 15 kilometers of cardio every day.
