Of course when you fill them with liquid it will add stability because of weight. With that said, no they didn't tip over easily. I used them for mimosas at an brunch where children were going to be present so I felt safe. I would order another pack for future. One thing to note is you can keep them but if you decide to wash them just don't put them in your dishwasher or they will heat shrink!
