I bought this for a couple reasons, and at the top of my mind were two things: support my back better and work and lose some flab.WHOA. This belt does both way better than I ever could have dreamed. I've owned several different waist trainers/belts over the years, but none of them match this one. First, it is the largest one I've ever had: I mean, this thing goes right up to the top of my hip bones, and that's from just beneath the girls. When I tell you there's complete coverage, I am not joking.Second, it does not fold over. Ever. At all. My job is nothing but bending, moving, turning, stretching, and I kid you not, people, this belt never, ever folded or shifted, not even a little. It is EXCELLENT if you're trying to improve your posture or want to take some of the load off your lower back. The construction is so sturdy, that I don't care how much you sweat or move, this belt is not going to lose constriction or position whatsoever. You better mean it where you put it, that's all I can say.Third, THE SWEATING. SO MUCH WATER. You will indeed sweat your a$$ off wearing this belt, and that's a good thing. The way they've made the adjustable straps that encircle you are incredibly strong and hold the belt absolutely close to your body. Even if you just go for a casual walk, you're going to sweat. A lot. Though I've not yet used it in a gym, I do use it daily in a warehouse, which is a pretty close second to what 'd be doing at a gym. I'm soaked in this thing after even a fun walk around my neighborhood.Fourth, the belt is made a lot like corsets from back in the day. You will sit up straight; you will walk talk. You will answer the door with posture formal enough to greet the Queen Mum. All the times your Mama or ya Gran'mama told you to sit up straight will seem like nothing once you put this on, because you don't have a choice. This belt is just the ticket if you're a cubicle dweller who spends the day hunched over a keyboard. You can't and won't slump over in this belt. It simply won't let that happen.Fifth, and this is my favorite part, you will feel it AFTER you take the belt off. This fact impressed and surprised me. Typically, after removing a waist trainer, I feel the effects for a little bit before it fades. Not with this belt: I feel it for hours afterward. My abs will be sore, like I've done a ton of sit-ups, and I can still feel the belt's impact on my obliques, too. In forcing the body to maintain a good posture, this belt is engaging the abs all the time, and WOW, you'll know it in a hurry.I can't say enough good things about this product. My lower back is super happy whenever I use it, and I feel lighter overall just because the strain is being taken off my back for a change. This waist trainer is unbeatable for support, for sweating, and for just making me feel better; I hope it does the same for y'all. I have lost some weight (I've only just gotten started), and I have all the confidence that this belt has definitely played a role in that.GET IT. TRY IT. You'll see what I mean pretty quickly!

I got this post partum after having a c-section. The material is comfortable and most importantly it doesn’t ride up.

I wear this every Morning while I am cooking, cleaning, working, shopping. only take it off during bedtime. his is well made and does its job. I highly recommend this. Very strong, its comfortable. Keeps my back straight and helps the back pain. You will not be disappointed.

I would recommend you get this type of waist trainer if you want a slim waistIt is also adjustable.

I thought it was my new doormat, smells horrible. Then I realized it was the ‘leather’ part on it. Ohhh, my gosh. I had to go and washed it…hopefully it will be ok. Still smells not too good but I put some peppermint oil on it…let’s see how it turns out. That smells was killing my nose and not knowing it was around my waist. I haven’t seen any results yet because I just got it today. My daughter says her work…so I have to keep wearing during the day

The product fits amazing. Velcro is tight. Neoprene is in tact and makes you sweat. Which is good to shed those lbs. Easy to move around in. Cannot wait til my next workout. Helps keep your back straight while planking or squating or any exercise really. Great product.

Me quedo bien , yo la llevo usando aproximadamente un mes y no se ha hecho floja, cabe destacar que no la he lavado, en lo personal la uso sobre una blusa para no ensuciarla con sudor tan fácilmente. La uso para entrenar y es excelente para hacer fuerza en el abdomen, además ayuda con la postura. Ahora, me hubiese gustado pedir una talla más grande porque al momento de hacer ciertas posturas el cinturón se mueve, pero no es algo que me moleste. No la recomiendo para estirar por lo mismo que el cinturón se mueve, pero si lo colocas de tal modo que no este cerrado por completo no es molestia. Espero que mi opinión les sea útil.
