A good value for protection and peace of mind
I always feel safer having some type of pocket/carrier under my clothing when traveling through airports or other busy places. I have several that go around my neck, but find that a belt type is easier and better concealed. The RFID protection is something that I never considered until recently, and made it important to upgrade. This product brings peace of mind with the potential of physical and electronic threats in busy public places.With the wide size range it will fit most people's needs. You can make it small enough for a 15" waist and big enough for a 48" waist. I like to wear it on my true waist (several inches above my belt) so that it sits flat on my stomach. If I wear it the same place as my belt it gets crunched up in my lap when I sit down. That ends up being especially uncomfortable with something larger like a passport in the pockets.The pockets are large enough to fit a passport and even my cell phone (Galaxy S6) with a case on it. The larger zippered pocket has three smaller pockets inside it to hold credit card/drivers license sized objects. There is also a non-zippered pocket on the back that is good for carrying cash or longer objects. This is one thing that I was not expecting because it is not highlighted by the vendor. The opening is about 3.25 inches and it runs the entire length of the pocket area (almost 10 inches).The nylon belt material is soft enough to be comfortable. It is best adjusted when it is off of your body, since you need to tug on it a bit to get it adjusted to take the bunching up of the belt out. It can also be adjusted if you twist it around on your body so that the buckle is in the front. The plastic buckle snaps together easily and is located right on the side of the pocket, making it convenient to clasp/unclasp. After adjusting, there is nothing to tuck the extra length of the belt under, so it just dangles loose.The quality is acceptable, but not exceptional. The zippers have spots where the teeth do not tightly grip right out of the box, even before facing a large load in the pockets. The stitching is fine, but a bit sloppy.
