Yes I've used the traditional camera mount screw, yes I've used the flip out phone holder and yes I've put a GoPro adapter on and used it that way. It has allowed me to to make a good bunch of videos, so convenient with the flexible legs, legs that don't pop out like those other tripods with the plastic moving joints. THIS WAS PUT TO THE TEST. Went out hitting up some mountain bike trails and naturally didn't have a GoPro handle bar mount. These legs rock, they are flexible enough to go around the handle bars and strong enough to hold the tripod tightly in place.
