I buy just the rye recipes. I only use them of toast or maybe to spread with peanut butter or quacamole. I really like the flavor of of all of them. They actually are better priced than gluten free breads and healthier for you. This is a dense bread more on the drier side. I always keep it wrapped and in the fridge. I have never found mold on it and have been using this for about a year now. There are seven slices in each pack and I cut them in half to make my toast, one slice is to long for the toaster. I slice = one serving.
