It's a tiny crack and the thing still protects my phone. The soft shock absorbing material on the inside of the hard case is peeling and falling apart on all sides. The one portion that covers the power button underneath the two volume buttons has fallen off. Honestly? This thing still protects my phone so I don't NEED a new one but I am definitely ordering this thing again. For the price it is and lasting almost 4 years. It's worth it to me.
