Q: Does it have built in speakers

Yes, but they're not good. That is, not very loud. Better off getting a cheap pair of speakers anyways.

Q: Does it work with Window 10?

Yes. It does work with Windows 10. However, don't look to ViewSonic's customer support for any help. Instructions were unhelpful. A competitor finally explained that, to make the touch screen work, it requires two cables--both the standard video cable and the USB cable. With that, it worked.

Q: will it wake the computer up by touching the screen?

Yes, you can set the monitor to wake up the computer from "normal" sleep,not "hybrid sleep". It will not wake up from Hibernate.

Q: Does this monitor have a stylus? If not, can one be used?

It does not come with one but any standard touch screen stylus works fine with it.
