I do like to add a little sliced banana to it for some sweetness with my milk, the Box arrived in brand new condition and all pieces inside were perfect, The Taste is a little bit Bland however that is kind of the point of this cereal, it definitely is not some over sugared candy tasting breakfast treat.

This is my first time trying this Kashi cereal and it's not half bad. If you're like me and you're looking to have a rather healthy, very low sugar cereal, this definitely is a keeper. I do like to add a little sliced banana to it for some sweetness with my milk, the Box arrived in brand new condition and all pieces inside were perfect, The Taste is a little bit Bland however that is kind of the point of this cereal, it definitely is not some over sugared candy tasting breakfast treat.

Probably one of the most nutritious cereals that you can eat as far as high protein and fiber. When you first pour it out of the box, you will say great I am going to eat twigs! But it has a great taste and texture. This is not one of those sweet sugary cereals. If you want a healthy cereal that will fill you up and keep you full all morning long, then this is a good choice.
