SFL Chili Pepper, Serrano Green Powder - Kosher - Resealable Pouch (4 oz)

A lot of dried, ground spices and powders don't work well in my opinion- at least not as well as their fresh counterparts, but this serrano pepper powder is great and works very well in place of the fresh serrano peppers I can no longer get due to being homebound. It's also potent, and it doesn't take a lot at all to reach a high heat (I like super hot spicy '10!' food). And this could be TMI, but in case anyone with a sensitive constitution needs to know, with this powder, I can get my heat level up high and not have the tummy and lower GI issues that I sometimes have with the fresh peppers. So, win win. My body can still hate me in the morning, but I don't feel a thing! :>

I love the Serrano powder because you can count on consistency. You never know when using real peppers.

I love spicy food. And I can eat really hot food. This is crazy spicy. A little dab will do ya. It is super yummy though.
