After getting correct OEM guards and ‘zero gapping’ the blades correctly this thing is really good. The lines are way sharper than my wahl aquablade could do and it cuts my beard much more evenly, neatly and effectively. This was the recommendation from my barber and he was not wrong. I’m very happy with it. I’m not sure how well it will work with longer beards - can’t speak to that as the guards from Babyliss only go up to 6 mm (which is fine for me) and as I understand these t blade clippers are not really designed for long beards.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very sharp lines

I spent a lot of time researching this as I wanted something for trimming my beard (I have a short beard) and fine detailing sharp lines and shaving body hair. I bought some 3rd party guards and found a got a lot of pulling and wasn’t sure if this was the clippers or them. I got some Babyliss guards and the problem resolved. The zero gap tool was missing from the box but I’m giving it 5 stars as the seller sent me one very quickly. After getting correct OEM guards and ‘zero gapping’ the blades correctly this thing is really good. The lines are way sharper than my wahl aquablade could do and it cuts my beard much more evenly, neatly and effectively. This was the recommendation from my barber and he was not wrong. I’m very happy with it. I’m not sure how well it will work with longer beards - can’t speak to that as the guards from Babyliss only go up to 6 mm (which is fine for me) and as I understand these t blade clippers are not really designed for long beards.

Over the years I've tried an assortment of different shavers trying to get as close of a shave as possible without using razors. I saw this machine at my barber's and notices how close to the skin it shaved while both comfortable and very easy to use so I had to get one. It has been almost a year since I brought it and it's honestly one of the best grooming purchases I've made in the last 12 months. The blade is consistent but it does need a little bit of oiling, especially if you decide to wash off the hair as otherwise, you'll find it pulling on your hair a little. I had an experience of one size of the machine not being dull but it was very easy to dismantle and subsequently sharpen. It doesn't leave any burning sensations like some of the other machines but like I mentioned if you find it pulling at any point then remember to get some more of the oil that it comes with onto it! A year on and it's still in perfect condition to be honest. I use it for facial hair 2-3 times per week and a full charged battery lasts around 3-4 months on average.
