This is a great product. What will make it even greater is if the outer curtain is see through. But you can become creative as an owner. I and my family loves it...

It was delivered in full and intact. When putting it together the instructions are pretty easy to follow for the most part. I think every instruction book has a couple of spots where it can get confusing but I got it done. The welds on the centerpiece at the very of the gazebo fell apart super easy which caused me to have to stop and find a welding shop and pay the guy $20 to fix it. I had a great conversation with the welder which made the experience not as bad. Once that was fixed, everything else went great! It's brought a lot of life to the deck and it's made it possible to block the wind and hold some heat in with a portable propane campfire. I've had it for a couple of months and have gotten a lot of use out of it and it's held together nicely. One thing I will say is to make sure you screw the legs to the deck! It will fly away in a wind storm. I watched it happen to my neighbor. It wasn't good.****UPDATE***** Do not buy this product. The metel is pop metal and bends very easily. When first arrived I had to take the top center piece that holds the roof together to a local welder because it broke before I could even get the roof up. Sending the entire thing back was not fiesable based on the size just because the top piece was broken. It held togther for the awhile after I got thru the first couple hurdles. We had a snow come through that was about 3" and the snow completley collapsed the entire support system for the roof and fell in. Every piece bent. I tried to reach out for support to replace the poles that bent and there is absolutley ZERO support when it comes to replacing any parts at all. The answer I got was that I needed to buy the whole thing over again. For the price they are charging for this I expected more. Now I am outside of my refund window and it is no longer functional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!! Also, the curtains are hung from fragile plastic shower curtain rings. The rings on my shower curtain are more durable than those rings. The only thing that actually held up on this piece of junk was the curtains themselves but I've had it about 4 months. I can see how weather over time will destroy these as well and then where are you going to get replacement curtains when that takes place? Garbage cheap crap don't buy it.

I use this at my seasonal campground site and it was a waste of money.After 4 months of use and not in direct sunlight the roof fabric became very thin and tore when I was taking it down for winter storage.I sure would not buy another one

I have only been able to enjoy this for about a month or so. The frame started to bend and the ceiling has all but collapsed. I have communicated with SunJoy and have yet to receive any replacement parts. As I wait, the structure is compromised daily and I'm afraid I have spent all this money on a product that is not worth it and from a company who can't deliver. My 3rd claim within a week or so from the last has yet to be responded to. I am so disappointed. I expected to enjoy my backyard during the pandemic but instead I've had to cancel family time outdoors because I'm afraid it will collapse on someone. I keep holding out thinking parts will arrive, but I've got nothing. I haven't even received a response to my last claim.

I dislike this gazebo it doesn’t stand against weather not even rain it has bent two times with just a rain an I probably will only be able to use it one year an that’s a lot of money do not buy .

Installation was fairly straight forward.But... after one year the canopy fabric is already coming apart. It rips easily.Canopy is only warranted for 30 days after that you have to buy a replacement one.

Worst customer service ever! Delivered with defective frame assembly part. Been chasing them for a month, constant runaround, still no delivery for replacement part. Avoid Sunjoy, they are the worst! I have a gazebo that I cannot assemble! Never again!

I bought a Sunjoy gazebo in May 2019. Within the first year, the side covering (curtain) tore almost the entire way up. Within 15 months, the roof covering tore open, and now water comes pouring in when it rains and the patio furniture is exposed to the elements. Contacted Sunjoy immediately when I discovered this, and was essentially told, "Tough luck, your warranty is expired." If it had been even 2 years, I might have been more accepting of this, but given that there have been 2 issues with the gazebo covering within 15 months, I'm more than a little upset. Is this the type of customer service one can expect? Is this the quality of materials that the company sells? I spent more than $1000 on a structure that can't seem to stay in one piece, and if this is the type of response I get when there is a 2nd issue WITHIN 15 MONTHS, then I advise everyone to look elsewhere, lest you receive the same crappy customer service I did.UPDATE: One of the replacement pieces now has a giant hole in it too. I'm done with this company.
