It definitely does. But it is SO HARD to do on yourself. I literally gave up after 30 minutes of trying to just glue the pad on my eye and get my eyelashes to stick. I used it on my little sister though and it worked beautifully (although the glue started coming off a little too early- Saran Wrap kept it in place pretty well).
