Our clothes are looking great! There is no real scent to them after they are washed, but they are fresh. Even sweaty workout clothes, and mud covered gardening clothes come out clean. Our clothes seem to be holding up better in the wash as well.* I wonder how many of those ranking this product lower also have new high efficiency washing machines. Our machine is high efficiency, but not one of the newest front loading options. We made the mistake of "upgrading" ours in our old house. It was beautiful, sports car red, and sang a pretty tune when the clothes were done. It also pretty much just spit water at our clothes. They were never really clean, and often came out smelling worse than they went in. We went through a lot of different detergents, cleaned the machine weekly, and still not smelling bad became my standard of clean. We were thrilled when the washer in our new house was a few years older. We care about the environment, but not at the expense of hygiene.Update: We bought a new efficient and front loading Electrlux washer and dryer pair based on great reviews. They are working wonderfully, and this detergent is performing even better. Even cleaning a years old rust stain out of a tshirt.Thank you for improving your shipping methods!

I just received this product and did my first 2 full loads with 1 capful per load and it worked beautifully! I like that there is no scent and clothes came out fresh and clean!I understand that there are no suds and it is kind of watery but we are used to seeing that thick and sudsy detergent. So just because you don't see that consistency doesn't mean it doesn't work.And some of you had said that the product was damaged upon receiving. I did an online chat with Amazon after ordering and explained to them that this was happening and they put the detergent in plastic bags in a small box then put that box in a larger box with packing material. The product came without any damage or leakage.

Excellent ecological product that does a good job in my year-old water saving washer. The only reason one star was withheld is that so much plastic is used to wrap the product that it somewhat offsets the ecological good of this soap. However, my first experience with this soap is that it vibrated off the shelf and filled my dryer cracks and crevices. Hours of work to remove the dried soap, so they have reasons for triple protection.Our skin is pretty absorbent and our clothing soap is in contact with our skin, when you add bedding, 24/7. This is a good alternative to all the unnecessarily toxic products. Fast delivery was an added bonus. Good stuff!

I have ordered this product twice: the first time it arrived busted up. They didn't protect the top of the bottles when shipping and all four caps were busted and leaking through the box. Even though each are individually wrapped in plastic it is not wrapped well enough to keep them from leaking everywhere. I sent it back and got a replacement that arrived in great condition. I loved this detergent since it was gentle and had a great rating on EWG. It worked well and I had no complaints. If I had a particularly dirty load of laundry I would also add in a little baking soda. However, I just ordered it again and it arrived busted up leaking all over my porch. I decided to send it back for a refund and happened find it cheaper at MOM's organic market. I guess it worked out.

Bought this for my daughter. She is allergic to most laundry detergents but can use this one. However, very disappointed that the bottle caps are not checked to make sure they are fully tightened. Not happy with the detergent leaking into the packing materials, especially since the price is so high.

We've washed several loads of laundry with this, mostly clothes towels and sheets, nothing heavily soiled so I cant speak to the stain-removing ability. So far we've been very pleased with the results, everything has come out smelling fresh and way softer than with our previous soaps. Our water is quite hard and I've always suspected the soap buildup was making our clothes stiff and wrinkled and this has made an amazing difference. Also appreciate that it's organic and doesn't use the questionable preservatives that other "natural" detergents use.

I was looking for organic non toxic detergent, and I came across this product on the EWG website rated as 1, which is really low on toxicity. I still use it for my baby's clothes since I haven't found a better brand yet. I don't think this detergent works really good. Not even the light stains come off. I'm still in the search for something that I can use for my clothes.

It's got no scent, which is very nice because you never know how your baby will react to different smells. Also, it's clear and devoid of any coloring agents, which is nice because you don't know how your baby's skin will react to different coloring agents. Overall, this is a great baby detergent and it's pretty much all you need for your baby's laundry needs.
