Great tool for efficiently practicing 3-pointers and free throws!!!
This rebounder is such a great tool for my 15 year old to very efficiently practice his 3-point shots and his free throws! Now I don't have to chase the ball all over the neighborhood. However, he likes me to stand underneath, catch the ball as it comes down the shoot and throw it to him (as it would come to him in a game) instead of receiving it like a slow rolling bowling ball.I had my son read the directions with me to choose the pieces along with the correct nuts and bolts. It went together very easily as you just need two 10mm wrenches for everything. There were no missing pieces and within a short time we were lifting it onto our hoop and HOORAY it works beautifully! We are thrilled with this piece of equipment that will help my son round out his valuable skills!I would highly recommend this great tool!

Ball won’t jam if set up correctly
Easy to assemble as long as you have a socket wrench, portable, and sturdy. People are complaining about the ball jamming but they fail to realize all you hav to do is adjust the stabilizing brace, which is really easy. Haven’t had a single ball jam since.I’d recommend if you have a hydraulic adjustment for your hoop or else it may get really challenging to adjust the height of the hoop.

Will Increase Shot Production and Arc
The media could not be loaded. I have a senior and a freshman and wish I would have bought this ten years ago. My freshman was using the school's automatic feeder and got 150 shots in in just over an hour and I knew we needed something like that at home. I couldn't justify $3K for a home verison on our outside court but I am super happy with this one. I read the reviews and was aware of the ball catching on the bottom of the net and between the rim and the front net and said to myself, "I'm a pretty smart guy and could probably fix that":) I ended up sliding a 3/4" PVC pipe in the net near the rim and a 1/2" PVC pipe near the bottom of the net (see photos.) We occassionaly get one stuck (1 out of 100 shots) but with a quick shake of the device it falls out. The 3/4" PVC allows the ball to roll to the side and drop down in it rarely catches in the bottom now and if it does it falls out easy with a quick shake of the device. I strongly recommend this for anyone who wants to get a nice arc and improve their shot. Our hoop is fixed and our pole sits about 4' from the backboard and it fits fine. Our hoop is adjustable and we would have to add the extention if we wanted to lower the hoop for younger shooters as our backboard gets farther away from the pole as you lower it.

Nice training tool!
Easy setup, easy install to the rim. The net does have to get broken in, in order for the balls not to get stuck as others have described.

Great investment
I read a lot of reviews some good and some not so good,am I glad I didn't listen to the not so good. This bb return is awesome no more running after the ball.

This thing is amazing!
My son spent the fall working really hard on his cross country running ... and his basketball shooting accuracy suffered. With tryouts coming up he asked for some way to get his shot rate up while practicing at home. I read reviews and decided to try the iC3.It's not the very easiest thing to assemble but even with the help of a 7- and 13-year old, it took less than an hour. We hoisted it up on to the rim, adjusted the pole standoff, and ... the thing just worked! Again and again and again - the ball goes in and it comes back to you. *Every* once in while the ball can hang up but if you're shooting with two balls (one after the other) the second ball will free the first. I can probably adjust things to reduce this even further. We used it over the Thanksgiving break, and it just kept right on working. My son could easily swing the ball return to where he wanted it. This contraption raises your shooting rate by 2-3X and by letting you stay put between shots it is much easier to concentrate on your form.Caveats - based on other reviews I made sure to get plenty of tension on the bottom of the net funnel. I suspect that any slack there will increase the stuck ball rate. Also, the net is well above the rim (which is a great thing for mid-range and out) but you'll want to take it off to close-in work. Two people can take it down and put it up quickly. The net extension rods collapse and fold up, making it something like a large fold-up chair with a weird extension for the ball return. All in all I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
