Being able to slot the tiles into place and know they'll stay put, you wont brush them around with your sleeve and have to figure out where it was, etc. Especially for the points marker. The new play boards are good too, a nice variation on the original boards. One of the boards seem to be very kid friendly too, paired with the crystal covers, make this essential if you play with kids. Review: Extra play boards - Got it as a gift they were happy with it. But for the price I'm disappointed for 4 boards and some plastic covers.
