STX Lacrosse Stick Pocket Pounder

I've use several tools to shape pockets. I've tried pretty much all of them. These types of pocket pounders work the best. I also like the wooden Brine pocket screw.

My son loves this. He restrings the netting head on his lacrosse sticks all the time and is always throwing the ball into it to mold a sick pocket, as in "Hey Mom, check out this sick pocket". I don't know much except that for every little thing that my kids do, there is another unimaginable product to buy for it. I will say that although not a necessary piece of equipment, my son loves this, his friends want to use it on their lacrosse heads, and it was a great success in lieu of candy in his Easter basket. I'd recommend it, but then I recommend any product that helps keep them happy, outside and active.

The pocket pounder is nice but I was charged $14.99 for it and it came with a $11.99 sticker on it. See attached pic. Feeling mildly ripped off.

it is just an ineffective product. they used a real ball and it doesn't slide well at all. The shaft is too short and you can't get any leverage. Sidewall Jedi swears by a wood baseball bat, which is smooth so you can mold a channel well and is long enough to reach the floor so you can push the mesh into the wood with force. Skip this thing, it doesn't work well at all. Buy a bat. You are welcome.

Works as advertised and it was cheaper than local purchased ones. Not much else to say about it so i will ramble.
